We are seeking a Design & Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project budgets, schedules and scope of work statements; preparation of project construction estimates and schedules; plans review; project execution and management of consultant and contractor activities on minor and major capital projects ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000. All activities to be performed under the supervision by the Assistant Director of Design and Construction, and in coordination with Departmental Administrators, and Facilities Management staff.
