Department SummaryThe UCLA Facilities Management, Design and Project Management (DPM) Department works with the Campus and Medical Center to oversee multiple complex design-focused projects which includes interiors and hardscapes. Client relationships are paramount in facilitating project requirements are met from inception to completion. Key objectives are to ensure the projects stay on track and within budget. DPM is a collaborative business partner that is well versed in communication, leadership, financial and project management, and strategic planning. Our team is able to manage creative teams and diverse stakeholder needs across the campus. DPM consists of project managers, architectural, and design staff.
